Our experienced instructors will guide your employees through a decompression session designed to reduce stress, improve focus, and increase productivity. Let us help you provide your workers with an unforgettable and rejuvenating experience. Contact us to schedule a class or event today. This appointment will be a 30 min initial conference either by phone, video, or drop by the Studio at your scheduled time if you are in town. Booking the discussion session is free. Once we have arranged the details of the contract and negotiated a price, a contract and liability waiver will be sent to you. These documents need to be signed and half of the negotiated price be paid up-front, to be added to the schedule for to service your desired time. Please set your discussion appointment at least 2 weeks before your desired event date. No last-minute contracts of any kind will be accepted.
