Payment Terms

Payment and Compensation Structure

  • Nature's Nia is committed to fostering an enriching environment for both students and teachers. Our compensation model is designed to incentivize and reward the dedication and creativity of our teaching staff. We offer a competitive payment structure that includes fixed rates to encourage the introduction of new students to our community, as well as fixed rates for regular classes, private sessions, and specific contractual agreements.

Opportunities for Teachers

  • As a Yoga Instructor at Nature's Nia, you will have the flexibility to either lead one of the studio's existing classes that aligns with your schedule or to create and conduct your own unique class, online course, workshop, or 28-day challenges. This provides an opportunity to directly influence the studio's offerings and allows for personal growth and creativity within our supportive environment. Classes created by instructors will be established in collaboration with our Founder and will be compensated at a designated fixed rate.

 

Support for Yoga Teachers

  • We understand that not all instructors may feel comfortable designing a class from scratch. To support our teacher's, we offer a selection of class themes and templates. This resource is perfect for those seeking to gain experience or who prefer a structured approach to class design. Alternatively, instructors are encouraged to develop their own themes and templates, fostering a space for creativity and personal expression.

 

Instructors Across All Disciplines

  • Nature's Nia extends beyond yoga to include a variety of wellness disciplines. Instructors are encouraged to propose and lead their own classes, joining our Teaching Unit across different categories to include Yoga, Dance and Fitness. This inclusivity allows for a broad range of opportunities for our clients, who can discover and book classes through our dedicated website. Instructors will manage their schedules and are expected to participate in substitute teaching and collaborative class feedback sessions, enhancing our community and instructional quality.

Compensation Details

  • All instructors are compensated on a weekly basis as independent contractors. Our payment model is based on student attendance, ensuring fairness and transparency. Instructors have the autonomy to market their classes, with access to studio-provided marketing tools and support. Regular meetings will discuss profit breakdowns and instructional feedback, emphasizing our collective success and growth.

Commitment and Growth

  • Nature's Nia requires a one-year commitment from our instructors to ensure a shared dedication to our studio's growth and success. Post-commitment, instructors enjoy increased profit shares for their classes, online courses, workshops, and private sessions, reflecting our appreciation for their continued contribution and excellence.

Teaching Rates

Fixed Rate During 1 year dedication period:

  • You will receive 40% of the profits for any class, online course, workshops, challenges, or private session you teach (created or studio-based).

Fixed Rate After dedication period:

  • Teacher Created & Taught-You will receive 80% of the profits for a class, workshop, challenges, or online courses that you have created and established in studio.

  • Studio Class Taught-You will receive 50% of profits per class.

  • Private Sessions rate- You will receive 70% of the profits per sessions hosted.

  • Contract options- payments will be based on booked negotiated contract price and your participation in the contract. Contracts will be managed by the owner and Instructors will be selected for contract assignments.

  • Founded by a leading Yoga Teacher and the sole owner of Nature's Nia LLC, our studio is more than just a place for yoga; it's a platform for health enthusiasts to express their creativity and passion. We offer business and technical support, allowing instructors to focus on their teaching, creative and personal pursuits they want to share. There is the freedom to house your personal teaching brand within our studio. As our studio grows, there will be opportunities for instructors to assume business partnership or management roles, reflecting our commitment to mutual success and community impact.

  • We are seeking dedicated, passionate instructors ready to call Nature's Nia their home. If you are interested in joining a studio that values individuality, supports your teaching journey, and offers a space for both personal and collective growth, we encourage you to share your thoughts on our payment structure and your expectations. Together, we can make a positive change in our community through our offerings and dedication. This will allow us to focus our passions as a team with the goals of expanding our community impact further with unique community events, retreats, and becoming a yoga franchise being our goal for the future.
